Any Colombian over age 7 and under 18 may apply by fulfilling the following requirements
Personal attendance of the applicant, accompanied by parents or legal guardian.
Original copy of the Colombian Birth Certificate.
Two (2) 2.5X3.0 cm color photographs facing the camera with a white or blue background
Rh. factor and blood type.
Note: This service is free of charge at colombian consulates abroad.
