Consulado de Colombia en Miami

Colombians over age 7 and under 18 living abroad who have lost or damaged their Minors’ Identity Card may request a duplicate at a Colombian consulate through their parents or legal guardian by fulfilling the following requirements.

Personal attendance.

Provide the number of the identity card.

Two (2) full-face photographs in color with white or blue background, size 2.5X3.0 cm.

Original copy of the birth certificate.

Rh. factor and blood type.

Please note that you must have formalized your request for copies before you can make the respective payment. Remember that, in order to pay by EPS, you must have an active account in Colombia with a financial entity which provides electronic payment service.
