The identity card renewal may be applied for by children between ages 14 and 17.
Must be 14 years old
Personal attendance of the applicant, accompanied by parents or legal guardian.
Present former Minors’ Identity Card (pink).
Copy of the birth certificate.
Rh. factor and blood type.
Three 4x5 photographs with a white background
