Copy of a public deed

Any natural or legal person requiring a copy of a public deed must request it from the Colombian consulate at which the document was formalized. For the purpose, you must provide the following information:

Number and date of the public deed of which you request a copy.

Please note that you must have formalized your request for copies before you can make the respective payment.

Electronic payment: On the internet, to use the Electronic Payment System, press the Safe Payments On Line button (see our Citizen’s Guide to EPS). Remember that, in order to pay by EPS, you must have an active account in Colombia with a financial entity which provides electronic payment service.
