RESIDENT
The Internal Work Group designated by the Ministry of Foreign Relations or the offices of Colombian consulates, following prior authorization by the former, may grant Resident Visas, for an indefinite term and for multiple entries, to foreigners who wish to settle permanently in this country.
The term of a Resident Visa will terminate if the foreigner is absent from Colombia for more than two (2) continuous years.
