Colombian inpiduals by birth or by adoption, over 7 years and under 18 years old, residing abroad whose card has errors in dates, place of birth and/or identification number, must request a duplicate in any Colombian Consulate through their parents or legal representative.
Requirements:
- Original I. D. Card for Minors (Element to be corrected).
- Two (2) frontal photographs in color with white or blue background, size 2.5X3.0 cm.
- Original birth certificate with a note (original) for substitution of folio
- Blood certificate with type and RH factor
Fee: From 7 to 13 years, payment of USD10.71 and from 14 to 17 years, payment of USD32.13
