COPY OF A CIVIL REGISTRATION DOCUMENT
Persons abroad who require a copy of a civil registration (birth, marriage or death) of a person registered or reported as being abroad may request the procedure at the Colombian Consulate where it was registered or reported.
Requirements:
· Present the serial number of the requested registration
