R - DIRECT FOREIGN INVESTMENT

Description: A foreigner who has registered, before the International Exchange Office of the Central Bank, direct foreign investment the amount of which is greater than six hundred and fifty (650) minimum legal monthly salaries in force may apply.
The type R visa will be valid indefinitely. The time of residence authorized in the national territory to the holder of the type R visa will be equal to the time of validity.
Specific Requirements
- Certification issued by the Office of International Exchange of the Central Bank that records the direct foreign investment in the name of the foreigner the amount of which is greater than six hundred and fifty (650) legal monthly minimum wages in force.
