Any alien wishing to enter the country, depending on his/her nationality, activity seeking to realize and desired length of stay. Have in mind the following:

• The visa request and application may be submitted directly by the alien in the overseas offices designated for such, through electronic means or through a proxy. If the application is made through a proxy, a power of attorney granted before the corresponding authority with a personal introduction should be added to the online application.
• For the representation of incapacitated people, the condition of the legal representative must be accredited in the following form:
• Parents of unemancipated children under 18 years of age who hold parental authority through Birth Certificate or any equivalent document in accordance with the laws of the issuing country proving kinship.
• Parents of disabled people over 18 years of age who hold parental authority by Birth certificate or any equivalent document in accordance with the laws of the issuing country proving kinship along with the medical certificate stating disability.
• Guardians or stewards through court order.
